Key Accountmanager fleet Belux - Truck & Bus

The Key Account Manager Fleet is within the CVT ( Commercial Vehicle Tires) department responsible for the development and growth of the sales of tires, related products and services to the larger Fleet Customers in Belgium and Luxemburg.   

Functie

You ensure the growth of the Fleet Business ( top 100) and decide which Fleets need to be visited and which approach will lead to success. You detect the needs of your prospects and make them tailor made proposals.  Next to this you manage the large accounts that are assigned to you by following up their daily tire business, analyzing their reporting and provide them with feedback. You  are responsible for their contract renewals and the calculation of new offers. You define the Service level agreements (SLA) with service providers (e.g. tire centers) and follow-up on the execution of these SLA.   You coordinate the contract related administration with the Conti 360° Fleet Services department.  You report to the Sales Manager CVT.   

Profiel

•    You have at least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager and have  good understanding of the transport industry.  •    You have experience in the automotive industry; experience in tires certainly is an asset but not a must. •    You are strong in building relationships with customers, but also with your internal colleagues. •    You have experience of negotiating at C-level and can communicate at all levels. •    You have good analytical and tactical skills. •    You are well organized regarding your visits, prospection activities and follow-up of your activities.  •    Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good level in English (written and spoken). •    You have a good level in MS Office and knowledge of working with CRM system.
