Area Sales Manager Benelux




Reporting to the North Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for existing customers and developing new business in BENELUX according to the company plan. Your main territory will be Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. Your position is based in Belgium and you will be:
  •     Managing Sales development, promoting the company’s offers and providing feedback to the office head regarding future product developments;
  •     Ensuring a consistency strategy in your territory to cover distribution channels, communication, pricing policy, coordination with other sales managers and coordination with the service department;
  •     Reporting through CRM (Sales Force).


  •     Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling large capital equipment;
  •     You must have a technical/engineering background and you are able to provide guidance to your clients;
  •     Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales areas and key accounts. You are used to deal with long & complex sales cycles;
  •     Hunter and customers oriented mindset;
  •     Self-motivated;
  •     Well organized;
  •     Excellent interpersonal skills at an individual or group/team level;
  •     Passionate about your objective, able to influence people and outcomes;
  •     Curiosity, empathy and strong active listening skills;
  •     Bachelor degree in a technical/engineering domain or equivalent by experience that is relevant to this role;
  •     You speak Dutch perfectly and are fluid in English & French;
  •     You live in Belgium.
