Nowy Styl has its own international distribution network consisting of local sales structures with 33 showrooms and 18 production facilities in 16 different countries.

To strengthen their position in the Belgian market, Nowy Styl is looking for a results driven Business Development Manager for Brussels and Brabant.

Function

As a Business Development Manager you are responsible for further commercializing and expanding all the brands and solutions of Nowy Styl.

 

  • By targeted and active prospecting you identify interesting opportunities in the market.
  • You convince them and you succeed in concluding frame contracts thanks to your enthusiasm and knowledge of the different brands and the provision of well thought-out tailor-made solutions.
  • You combine this with the key account management of customers.
  • Your customer base is very diverse, consisting mainly of direct customers, where you build up a personal relationship with the decision makers in the various departments (purchasing, facility,…).
  • You will also be in contact with indirect customers and suppliers of customers (architects, project managers, contractors, consultants,…).
  • To guarantee a high level of service, you manage the implementation of the new business and / or visit the production facilities in Poland together with the customer.
  • Your focus is mainly on Brussels and Brabant.
  • You report to the Commercial Director.

Profile

  • You have had your first successful commercial experience in a B2B environment.
  • In addition to your passionate persuasiveness, you are strong in solution selling.
  • As a born networker, you quickly gain confidence.
  • You communicate fluently with people at different levels and in various industries. You know how to open doors.
  • Above all, you are a team player and you work together excellently within Nowy Styl: vertically & horizontally, locally & internationally.
  • You work proactively from a driven entrepreneurial mentality.
  • You come up with creative solutions and think outside-the-box.
  • You express yourself fluently in Dutch and French.
