Our client is a worldwide leader in risk management, financial services & insurance consultancy. 

This client-centred company is recruiting a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the sales teams and marketing department in order to help the company achieve its revenue target and strategic goals.  


As CCO you will define and provide clear, strategic and operational direction to develop the commercial and business development strategy, on short-term results and long-term strategy, and you will help the company achieve its revenue target and strategic goals. 
  •     Leading and scaling the Sales & Business Development teams. Through your direct reports, you will build high performing sales team to execute end to end sales including outreach, pitching, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals and implementation. 
  •     Defining the general sales objectives and driving the team to achieve targets. 
  •     You will create more alignment and simplify the operating mode.
  •     Creating accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics. 
  •     Ensuring a robust after-sales process to deliver strong customer engagement. 
  •     Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed. 
  •     Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. 
  •     Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
  •     In this role, all Segment Leaders, as well as the Country Leader for Luxembourg will report to you. Besides that the Marketing Manager will also report to you.
  •     You will be part of the Management Team giving the necessary input and presentations and will report directly to the CEO.


  •     Profound knowledge of the world of risk management, insurances and finance. 
  •     You have a strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role (preferably in a matrix organization) including prior relevant experience. 
  •     Above all you are an inspiring leader and you take your team to a higher level.
  •     In combination with a strategic mind & problem solving attitude with the ability to work hands-on.
  •     You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills. 
  •     A Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
  •     You have successfully built, scaled and led high performing sales teams, preferably in a B-to-B environment. 
  •     You have strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
