Sales back office


For more than 20 years, our client has been designing and manufacturing solutions for decoration and furniture for public spaces, high-level professionals and private individuals. Represented in many countries and with its own fabric, the company controls the production and realisation of its exclusive products by minimising transport distances. This means total control of the product and quality, all made of noble materials and with solid wood structures in beech and pine. Specialising in sofas, seats and chairs, the company is the benchmark for professionals in the hotel, restaurant, lounge and private interior design sector. With the head office located in Walloon Brabant, our client is looking for an inside sales and administration manager to meet the interests of its international clients and representatives.   


In this function, you ensure the follow-up and successful completion of offers and orders from both representatives and direct customers. You have exclusive responsibility for a region in Europe and also provide the necessary link with production and delivery. Results and customer service oriented, you will be responsible for setting up and organising the correct completion of orders in terms of time and quality. Your customer orientation allows you to communicate at a high level in several languages and to be available to the internal team in terms of know-how and administrative complementarity. As part of a structure that remains an SME, you have an international vision and a sense of advice necessary for the occasional reception in the showroom.  


•    You have proven experience in administrative matters for the follow-up of files, from the encoding to the realisation of offers in a technical and qualitative field with no allowed errors. •    You have a commercial sense both in understanding the client's needs and in answering telephone calls to specific requests where your sense of solution is particularly necessary. •    Flexible, fluent in French, Dutch, English and another European language, you are an essential element in the success of client projects for large projects or private individuals. •    You know how to organise your work with serenity and resist the stress and difficulties inherent in a company that designs and produces its projects. A willingness to learn and knowledge of the particularities of each solution is therefore necessary. •    You are strong with numbers, with experience that needs efficiency. •    You ideally live in the area close to the head office and you are open to take responsibility in a field related to well-being within a small team.
