In this challenging role you are responsible for aligning as well as the implementation of the professionalization process in order to make the total sales cycle more scalable.


  • By working together with the members of the Sales and Account Managers, you assure the Sales & Account Management team has the necessary sales tools such as pricing & licensing tools and RFP/RFI templates, best practices and supporting systems they need to engage with the various types of target buyers to win new deals and projects.
  • You are driving, organizing and optimizing the bid management process. You assure MEDIAGENIX delivers bids that maximize chances of winning the deal.
  • You are coordinating, and where and whenever relevant, actively contributing to, the creation of commercial proposals, in cooperation with the Sales teams…
  • You assure accurate and timely pipeline reports, forecasts and other dashboards are available for sales management operations as well as for the leadership team and board, finance…
  • You are Project Manager of special projects and programs relating to our go-to-market, global business maturity and commercial aspects of product management.  
  • Next to that you are the business application manager of the CRM platform for sales management, working with the IT circle to assure optimal use and development of the CRM system.


  • You have already a first experience within a similar role where you are responsible for optimising and monitoring a successful sales operations process and cycle.
  • Your analytical skills make you stand out.
  • You like to structure information, assure processes are in place and optimized, assuring a continuous improvement of workflows, tools and supporting systems whilst maintaining a global view.
  • Proactive mindset and a quick learner.
  • You possess good communications & listen skills and you can easily convince individuals and teams of new methods. 
  • Next to English, fluency in Dutch or French would be very helpful, but not a necessity.
