Window Frames Sector – Wallonia
CiBoCo, a construction company based in Romania, has also operated since 2019 as a factory specialized in the manufacturing of PVC and aluminum window frames, as well as curtain walls. The company operates in a B2B environment with installers, distributors, and general construction companies, across competitive European markets.
The international business development driving this recruitment is focused on Wallonia. CiBoCo is looking for an experienced profile capable of building and structuring a sustainable client portfolio in the sector.
You are the true business developer in your area and act as an entrepreneur in the market:
Develop a B2B portfolio made up of installers, joiners, builders, and general construction companies in Wallonia.
Negotiate with technical stakeholders and decision-makers (buyers, contractors, site managers, etc.).
Promote a range of PVC and aluminum window frames with strong industrial competitiveness.
Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → offer → negotiation → order → follow-up).
Build long-term client relationships and secure volumes.
Work in direct coordination with the factory (quality, lead times, technical feasibility).
Technical sales professional or independent sales agent already active in the window frames / façade / exterior joinery sector.
Direct experience with aluminum and/or PVC systems.
Comfortable with medium- to long-term sales cycles, with strong field autonomy.
French and English required for communication with headquarters.
A competitive industrial alternative to major system providers.
A simple, direct commercial policy without organizational complexity.
Lead times and products tailored to B2B projects for installers and general contractors.
High level of autonomy in managing your portfolio, with responsibility for its profitability.
Responsive technical and quotation support directly from the factory.
Flexible collaboration: employee or independent agent.
Attractive compensation (fixed + variable or high commission depending on status).
