PROFILE

You are fluent in Dutch, can speak English and French;
You have a first experience as a recruitment/headhunting/talent acquisition consultant;
You are flexible and autonomous;
You are proactive, analytical and assertive in your approach;
You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree;
You are eager to learn and have a direct impact;

ROLE

You search for talents and contact them for work opportunities
You initiate marketing campaigns targeting passive candidates.
You provide support for Trainings (content and logistics).
You collaborate with senior consultants on recruitment missions
You’ll be involved in all kind of projects related to the growth of the company.
You get to learn everything about recruitment with a team of experts.
