Davy Diamant joined Archetype in 2023, alongside his father Marc and his brother Steve, as Managing Partner and Senior Consultant. He leads the recruitment team and the overhaul of the firm’s selection processes.

He advises companies on their recruitment strategy and runs executive search and selection assignments across the Benelux and the UK, as well as management training and candidate coaching. He reviews and validates the articles published on the Archetype blog.
