Lauren Feys joined Archetype in January 2025 as a Junior Recruiter and became Junior Recruitment Consultant in January 2026. Based in Brussels, she works on the firm’s recruitment assignments: sourcing, candidate screening, interviews and follow-up.
Before Archetype, she completed a recruitment internship at HR Rail, where she wrote her thesis on how the recruitment process influences the attractiveness of the train manager profession, as well as internships at ING Belgium and Group S.
