Archetype’s « Sales People Scan »® provides you with clear answers to the following questions:

What general first impression do your salespeople make?
To what extent are sales skills developed? Among others, we assess the following abilities: prospecting, relationships with existing clients, general organisation, understanding of client needs, handling objections, negotiation skills.
What is their personality profile? Here are some important questions we provide answers to: to what extent are your salespeople results-oriented? Do they practise self-management? Are they team players? Do they demonstrate empathy? Are they sufficiently assertive? What is their level of professionalism? To what extent do they use the ‘selling solutions’ principle?

How do we proceed?

Our sales assessment comprises several stages.

The 1st stage consists of completing the Koan-PI personality test. This test will provide us with important information on abilities, attitudes and the sales profile (hunter, farmer, …).
We continue the assessment by asking them to complete the Archetype Negotiation Test (TNA). Based on engaging drawings, your sales staff are confronted with specific sales situations and must note their reaction.
This test is followed by an in-depth interview.

As a final result, you receive a clear report with our findings and recommendations and the completed Archetype Negotiation Test (TNA).
