It depends on the languages required, the management level, technical complexity and how hard the assignment is. We work on a retainer, never a success fee: you commit to the assignment, and we commit to seeing it through, however long it takes.

We follow up with the new hire for the first three months, and a 6-month replacement guarantee applies. On assignments carried through to placement, our success rate is above 75%.
