To develop its network of specifiers and strengthen its presence with distributors in the construction sector, Roto is looking for its Benelux division a :

Technical Sales Advisor Fittings for Wallonia, Brussels and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

In this function you will have the responsibilities of an external sales representative. You ensure the professional representation of the company, the sales and technical assistance to manufacturer, distributors and to the defined clientele in complete vision with the objectives fixed by the strategy of the group.

By a proactive presence on the market of the professionals of the construction sector, you are responsible for the promotion of the articles and products marketed by Roto Frank to the current customers and prospects. Your customer base consists of distributors primarily, but also in the long term, of the architects, the specialists of the restoration, the potential real estate investors, ...

Through extensive in-house training, you will then also act as a technical advisor in the field, where you will have direct contact with the customers of our distributors. You will then evaluate on site the possibilities and concrete offers of solutions where you will give technical advice. Finally, you will provide follow-up and reports to inform your team of related opportunities or changes in the sector.

You will report directly to the Sales Manager Benelux.


  • You have a significant commercial experience in the sector and you have a profile that does not shy away from the challenge of prospecting.
  • As a technical sales representative, you are able to communicate effectively with an appropriate technical language and to guide a customer's choice by providing complete and accurate information.
  • You have more than a technical affinity through experience, learning or interest, in other words you like to face technical challenges.
  • Autonomous and organized, you have field experience that combines flexibility and efficiency, you combine an open personality with a positive and solution-oriented mindset for existing customers.
  • Result oriented, you also look for opportunities to strengthen the links with the market needs by combining the different solutions of Roto in collaboration with your colleagues.
  • Integrated in an international structure, you are attentive to report correctly and regularly your observations and actions with the distributors.
  • You are fluent in French and at ease with English, knowledge of Dutch is an important plus for internal communication.
