Why this role matters

We’re growing — and looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Brussels-based team and serve our Dutch- and French-speaking clients. 

You’ll play a key role in challenging hiring strategies, identifying top-tier talent, and guiding clients and candidates through transformational recruitment journeys. 

What you’ll do 

🔹 Own the full recruitment cycle – from briefing to onboarding 

🔹 Challenge & advise clients on their hiring strategy and employer value proposition 

🔹 Source, assess & select candidates with a sharp eye for business fit & culture alignment 

🔹 Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates 

🔹 Collaborate on training & evaluation projects when relevant 

🔹 Be part of an agile, ambitious, and human-centered team

What we’re looking for 

✅ Bilingual Dutch/French (EN is a plus) 

✅ 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition 

✅ Deep interest in people, business, and human performance 7

✅ Strong communication & advisory skills — you speak the truth with tact 

✅ Analytical mindset – you ask the right questions before giving the “right” answers 

✅ Autonomous & entrepreneurial – we give space and expect ownership
