Marketing Executive

In this role you will be in charge of the implementation of the marketing communication plan and activities for the Benelux.

•    You will work in close collaboration with the Director Benelux, the sales team and the international Marketing team.
•    Manage the Benelux general product forecasts customised to the international Marketing plan. Analyse & report to the international marketing team on distribution, sales results and merchandising implementations.
•    Creation of qualitative & quantitative promotions in close collaboration with the commercial team. Support clients in promotional activities and tailor-made incentive programs.
•    Ensure budget follow up.
•    Within the digital part of the role, you will prepare on a regular basis, newsletters with interesting info on product launches and promotions. You will manage the local website and web shop.
•    Revising and proofreading translations for all kind of marketing material.
•    Adapt advertising material to the local market and requirements of the press.
•    Build and maintain contacts with journalists and influencers.
•    Generate editorial content for B2B press. Send press release to local journalists and influencers. 

•     You have a first successful experience in marketing communications within a B2B environment. Within cosmetics or the beauty world is a strong plus.
•     Good communication (oral / written)  & presentation skills.
•     Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
•     You are a true team player with the ability to work independently. 
•     You are number driven and like working on various projects.
•     Proactive with good listening skills.
•     Multi-tasking and prioritising is your natural talent. 
•     Knowledge of InDesign, Active Campaign.
